A distraught daughter has declared that her father deserves the disgrace he is getting for engaging in sex–l acts with his diaspora son’s wife. The father-in-law was trapped by a juju that detects immorality amongst married people which was introduced into the body of the son’s wife by her brother’s sister who did that because she wanted to catch the wife in the act. Speaking to SoniaOfficial, the online video crew, Esther revealed that she had suspected her sister-in-law of being unfaithful. She said she had reported to her brother severally about the suspected unfaithfulness of his wife but that he would not believe her. Then, curiously, she sought to know why the man on top was not showing his face. On discovering that it was her father, she let out a screeching scream.

Coincidentally, she had an option of choosing whether to have the sister-in-law dead or left to live through the shame and she chose the latter. That choice may have also saved the life of her father. When Esther set out to procure the juju, she said: “I don’t want her to die, but let her just be disgraced”. Now the disgrace has spread out all over her family.
Relationship Lessons.
Communication is Key:
The sister-in-law, Esther, suspected her sister-in-law of infidelity but whether she had effectively communicated her concerns to her brother and to his wife is open to debate. Open and honest communication is crucial in any relationship, especially in a family setting. It helps build trust and understanding.

Despite the shock and disgrace, Esther chose not to harm her sister-in-law and decided to let her live through the shame of her disloyalty. This decision may have saved the life of her father too. Re-evaluating Cultural Beliefs:
This story highlights a traditional belief that a woman’s infidelity can bring misfortune to her husband. How and where did this emanate from? Why is it not the disloyal person that is afflicted? Such cultural beliefs can influence people’s actions and decisions. I don’t know the origin of this social construct but I believe that every man is liable for the decisions they take.

Discovering the truth about her father’s involvement could have prompted Esther to reevaluate her judgments and approach the situation with empathy. Understanding the complexities of human relationships and being open to different perspectives can prevent unnecessary conflicts. No matter how hurt we may be, we should always be open to the possibility that we would need each other.
Conclusion
This story brings many things to the fore. There is a need to examine long-distance relationships (LDR) and to determine whether one is cut out for it. If you can not wait for your partner faithfully, then don’t get involved. Families should also approach issues with understanding and with more Christ-like attitudes. The absence of Christian virtues may partly account for these kinds of situations.
